Due to current regulations around COVID-19, our NY-based Fulfillment Center is currently unable to accept returns. Circumstances are continually changing, so please check back here for updates.

APPLIES ONLY TO PURCHASES MADE FROM PHOTTIX ON THIS SITE*

*If you purchased your Phottix product from a dealer, please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy. We do not accept returns of purchases made from other sources.
However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. We have extended our return window to 60 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. Please include a copy of the packing list, a note explaining the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange of equal value or to be credited (excluding shipping). While there is no restocking fee, shipping charges, if we provide you a return shipping label, will not be refunded.

In the event you feel there is a manufacturing error, please contact the Service Department at service@Phottixus.com and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Return Process

While there is no restocking fee for your return, you are responsible for any costs associated with shipping your return to us. To return an item please place the item in its original packaging with a copy of the receipt, and mail your item to the following address:
