Phottix 30-Day Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your Phottix purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
Return Policy Exclusions
Open consumable items (inkjet paper, darkroom paper, etc.) are eligible for warranty replacement only and are not subject to Phottix's 30-Day Return Policy.
Phottix's 30-Day Return Policy applies only to purchases made from Phottixus.com. Items purchased from an authorized Phottix retailer are not subject to Phottix's 30-Day Return Policy. Please visit or contact the authorized Phottix retailer with whom you made your purchase for information about their return policy.

Shipping Tips
Place your item back into the original Phottix retail packaging. Then place it and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won’t get damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Exchanges
Please allow 5-7 business days for exchanges to be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. Please note, we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
